In September 2003, Mario Mazzei and J. Craig Stephens, MAI, MRICS, recognized that commercial real estate appraisals could be performed more efficiently.
We also decided that with an investment in great technology turnaround time for commercial appraisals could be faster and client service could be elevated to an entirely new level.
That’s when Mario and Craig decided to form Real Estate Matrix. By focusing on going beyond clients’ expectations, REM has grown continuously since its founding.
Today, REM is one of the Southeast’s premier commercial valuation firms and has participated in the valuation of billions of dollars in real commercial property assets.
